Day 32 - September 10, 2009 - 236 lbs.

I can’t seem to lose any more weight!  I did cheat a little today and had a very BIG salad at Chilis….I’m guessing it had anywhere from 700 - 900 calories. 

Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - Hard Boiled Egg
Snack - Rubs Reds Nutritional Supplement
Lunch - Cajun Chicken Salad with Lite Ranch - LARGE portion from Restaurant
Snack - Banana

Day 19 - August 28, 2009 - 245 lbs.

I relaxed my diet for the first time in 3 weeks and ate a lot of food today. I have gained a pound and probably set myself back by a day or two, but I really needed to get more calories in me today. Also, I didn’t work out, which also hurt.

The weekend took its toll as I gained one pound since yesterday. I had some prime rib yesterday and today, and although that is mostly protein, I ate a little more than I should have.
