Day 39 - September 17, 2009 - 232 lbs.

Another excellent day, both with my diet and exercise. I am really getting some stamina, particularly on the elliptical machine. I have upped my time to 40 minutes and slowly work my way up the the strongest resistance throughout the workout.

Day 36 - September 14, 2009 - 235 lbs.

No photo for the second time in four days.  I promise I will be more consistent in posting my daily pics — today was a little tough as my schedule did not permit. 
On a positive note, I had a really super-intense workout today and was able to burn quite a few calories.

Day 35 - September 13, 2009 - 235 lbs.

Good day today.  Watched a lot of football, didn’t do much.  No workout or exercise.  I am still very from helping my friend move.  I woke up and felt like someone had beaten with a lead pipe.

Day 31 - September 9, 2009 - 236 lbs.

Not much to report today.  Other than an evening swim, no exercise.  Was really craving some junk food today in a big way, but I didn’t cave in.  Want to finish this thing all the way through.

Day 30 - September 8, 2009 - 236 lbs.

Pretty weak workout today.  Went early this morning, which I think was too soon from last night’s workout.  I don’t think my body adequately recovered from yesterday.  As a result, I took it pretty easy in the gym.  Between my sunburn and my fatigue from last night, I didn’t have much energy today.

Day 29 - September 7, 2009 - 237 lbs.

Good day today.  Spend most of the day at the beach and got a real nasty sunburn on my back.  When I went into the sauna this evening, it felt like you could have fried an egg on my back.  Shouldn’t affect my routine this week.

Day 27 - September 5, 2009 - 239 lbs.

No weight loss today. I actually was at 238 when I woke up, but was at a consistent weight of 239 pounds today. Had a great workout, with an intense 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine.

Day 26 - September 4, 2009 - 239 lbs.

In the 230s!  Now for the bad news….I didn’t work out for the second day in a row….my physique is lacking definition, especially in the chest area.  During the 2nd month of this journey, I will be doing more weight training to try and remedy this.  Not much else to talk about.  Until tomorrow.,,

Good day today.  I ate a little more than I wanted to but I worked out extra hard in the evening to try and burn it all off.  Hopefully, I will be in the 230s in a day or two.
