Finally, in the 220s! Only 19 pounds left until goal. When I started this diet, I thought 53 pounds was very aggressive, and some of my family members thought that was too much weight to lose in only 12 weeks. However, after looking at myself in my gut area, I think there is still plenty of more fat that can come off. I believe I will hit my goal.
Also, today marks the halfway point through my 12 week weight loss challenge. I am on schedule, with plenty of room to spare.

Breakfast - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack - Orange
Lunch - Chunky Beef and Potato Soup
Snack - Ruby Reds Nutritional Supplement
Dinner - Turkey Wrap with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Banana Peppers, and Onions w/ Chips
Snack - Brand Flakes Cereal with Fat Free Milk
Lots of Water.
Exercise:
Shoulders
Sit Ups
Sauna
Swimming

4 days and no posts - what’s up? I’ve been following this daily to watch the progress - not only because I am happy for you, but also because I want to see what is possible for me to do in my own 12 week transformation (lost 12 lbs so far in the first 3 weeks). Let’s see what you’ve been up (hopefully down) to.
