Day 44 - September 22, 2009 - 230 lbs.

Very good day today.  Had a great workout and good diet.  One more day and I think I will be in the 220’s!  The more I continue with this, the more I want to improve.  Once you have momentum and start to see these kinds of results, it only motivates you to want to do more.

Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerios with Fat Free Milk
Snack - Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch - Sliced Beef Cooked in Soy Sauce with Snow Peas and Carrots
Snack - Ruby Reds Nutritional Supplement
Dinner - Weight Watchers Spaghetti and Meatballs
Lots of Water.

Sit Ups
Swimming
