Day 43 - September 21, 2009 - 331 lbs.
September 21, 2009
No workout today…I am still recovering my sore muscles from yesterday’s workout. Hope to soon be in the 220’s. Weight loss progress seems to be grinding very slowly, considering that I lost 10 pounds the first week I started.

Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerioes with Fat Free Milk
Snack - Naval Orange
Lunch - Weight Watchers Spaghetti and Meatballs Meal
Snack - Apple with Skin
Dinner - Progresso Italian Style Soup
Snack - Ritz Crackers with Ham Slices
Lots of Water.

Fantastic quote from scripture man! Yes indeed, our bodies are temples of the living God… amen! Glad to see other stepping up and reaching out to share their weight loss stories! I’ll be keeping an eye on your blog.
