Day 42 - September 20, 2009 - 232 lbs.

Had one of the best workouts today since I started this whole thing back in August. I did some intense chest exercises. I was visiting a friend in another town and was able to work out in his gym for the day. I took advantage of it and really pushed myself.
Tomorrow starts week 6, so I will be officially a little more than halfway through my 12 week challenge on Thursday. I’ve had a lot of success, also have seen some setbacks. I will treat tomorrow as if it is Day 1 and keep pushing from there.
Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack - Red Seedless Grapes
Lunch - Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Wheat Bread
Snack - Banana
Dinner - Large Chefs Salad with Light Blue Cheese Dressing
Lots of Water.

Push Ups
Sit Ups
