September 19, 2009
Took a diet holiday today and ate a lot of food. No workout either. I spent time visiting family and could not resist the food. Probably set myself back a few days, but I will work it out this coming week.

Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack - Banana
Lunch - 2 Slices of Dominoes Pizza with Ham and Pineapple
Dinner - Meatball Sub with Chips and 2 Bud Lights
Snack - Cookies and Milk
Lots of Water.
