Day 39 - September 17, 2009 - 232 lbs.

Date September 17, 2009

Another excellent day, both with my diet and exercise. I am really getting some stamina, particularly on the elliptical machine. I have upped my time to 40 minutes and slowly work my way up the the strongest resistance throughout the workout.

Looking forward to getting in the 220’s. It’s close! Also, I’m not sure what happened to today’s picture…it came out a little green. It was taken in a dark room, so I’m sure that had something to do with it.

Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal w/ Fat Free Milk
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Ham with Ritz Crackers and Pickles
Snack - Orange and Ruby Reds Supplement
Dinner - Progesso Soup (Light) - Southwestern Style Chicken
Lots of Water.

Exercise:
Chest
Triceps
Push Ups
Sit Ups and Ab Crunches
Sauna
Swimming
