Good day today, back on track. Had an awesome workout and swim this evening. Also, I’m officially at the 30 pound weight loss mark. Feel a lot better now.

Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal w Fat Free Milk
Snack - Rubs Reds Nutritional Supplement
Lunch - Progresso Light - Italian Meatball Soup
Snack - Orange
Dinner - Beef in a Soy Sauce and Vegetables
Lots of Water.
Exercise:
Chest
Triceps
Push Ups
Sit Ups and Ab Crunches
Sauna
Swimming
