No photo for the second time in four days. I promise I will be more consistent in posting my daily pics — today was a little tough as my schedule did not permit.
On a positive note, I had a really super-intense workout today and was able to burn quite a few calories.
Today’s Diet:
Breakfast - Almonds and Oats Cereal with Fat Free Milk
Snack - Orange
Lunch - Turkey Sub Wrap with Veggies, no mayo, no cheese, no oil
Snack - Ruby Reds Nutritional Supplement
Dinner - Spicy Beef with Scallions in an Asian Soy Sauce
Lots of Water.
